Highmark Summer LeadershipXP is designed to give high school students the opportunity to discover their gifts, lead, study, and serve alongside the Highmark Church ministry staff.

During our 5 week summer program you will experience real community, real leadership opportunities and real encounters with God along the way. All to equip you with the foundation to start your leadership journey.

What can I expect this summer?

Highmark Summer LeadershipXP will kick-off Thursday, June 2nd and ends Sunday, July 7th. 

Your office hours are Thursday from 9am - 12pm, with Sunday mornings filled with ministry work.

Every Thursday morning our LeadershipXP Crew (that's you!) comes together for valuable teaching covering biblical, personal development, and ministry topics followed by powerful mentorship groups.

Fun & Free. Thanks to the generosity of our church, we are able to create this fun and exciting experience.

Leadership Pathways

Kids Crew

  • Serve in Highmark Kids each weekend

  • Research learning activities for kids ministry

  • Coordinate purchasing of supplies

  • Lead a kids Lifegroup

Production Crew

  • Involvement with weekly worship experience

  • Work with production volunteers

  • Research materials for creative elements

  • Assist the worship pastor for each Worship Experience

Worship Crew

  • Opportunity to lead worship 

  • Receive leadership and talent development from some of our worship team

  • Help our worship pastor with daily responsibilities

Registration is open for students heading into 10th grade & up.
